Nano Integrated Circuits Expertise Laboratory (NICE LAB) has focused on CMOS Integrated Circuit design since 1998. NICE Lab’s research area consists of RF integrated circuit, Analog integrated circuit and Terahertz. The Lab’s recent research topics include LADAR, ULP, Wake-up receiver, RFID system, Unipolar Impulse Radar, Sensor, stop lamp switch driver, Power converter and Thz RF Integration Technology, etc. 12 Ph.D and 7 master degree students are currently supervised by Professor Sang-Gug Lee.

With state-of-the-art research environment and frequent access to popular IC foundry, NICE LAB welcomes anyone who is interested in and gifted at IC design.
