    • - This equipment can measure RF characteristics( especially S-param-eter) of device or element in the frequency range of 50MHz~40GHz.
    • 『 Agilent 83630B』signal generator 10MHz ~ 26.5GHz
    • - This is used to generate any wanted signal from low frequency to very high frequency.
    • 『 Agilent N4483A』noise parameter test set
    • - This equipment is used to measure noise characteristics together with next equipments.

    • - These equipments can measure noise figure of any circuit element or any circuit in the frequency range of 10 MHz ~ 26.5 GHz

    • - This equipment analyzes batteries’ charge/discharge characteristics with a current up to 24 A (if we connect 4 channels for one testing). It can utilize coin cells, pouch cells, cylindrical (18650, 26650, 27710, etc) cells, and even paralleled battery modules and packs.
