  • 2004 ~ 2006: M.S, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, Korea.
  • 2006 ~ now PhD, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, Korea. 

Research area

  • RFICs: LNA, Mixer, DA, VCO.
  • Analog: Low pass filter, Variable gain amplifier.

Design Experience 

  • 11/2004 ~ 6/2006: Low power CMOS Wireless Transceiver Design for IEEE 802.15.4 ZigBee Standard.

    Zigbee transmitter: LPF, VGA, Upmixer, DA.

    Rx/Tx RF Switch.

    6/2006 ~ 6/2007: MIMO Dual Band Transceiver Design

    Transmitter front-end: Upmixer, DA.

    RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indication).

    6/2007 ~ now: Tuner receiver for DMB.

    Harmonic Rejection Mixer: high linearity, wideband (50~800MHZ).
