Project Contents & Scope
- Low Power, High Integrated Radar System Technology
- CMOS circuit (Pulse Generator, LNA, ADC etc.) Research
- High Resolution (30cm), Long Detection Range(20m)
- Frequency Band of UWB : 3~5GHz
- High Frequency Band of UWB : 7.2~10.2GHz
- 0.18um RF CMOS Process.
